
Greg Akili
Greg Akili (prefers to be called Akili) has over 48 years of experience as a labor and community organizer and political leader. Akili has dedicated his life to social and racial justice. He has three basic beliefs:
- People make a difference if you go to them and seek to get them involved;
- The essence of democracy is inclusion and participation, and;
- We live in the richest country in the world – we can have a just, fair and equitable society.
